Tesla's Model 3 earns top safety rating of insurance industry
The world’s biggest automaker, Tesla’s brand new production Model 3 won a special top safety pick + award from the insurance institute for highway safety(IIHS), after the sedan performed amazingly in a crash test than the Model S. The Model 3 earned massive crash ratings in each of insurance industry tests, including on that shows how vehicles perform in front, driver’s side corner collisions. The Model S fell in the small overlap test in the year 2017 along with the group finding drivers could assist a skull fracture.
The CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk has for years crowed related to the Safety of his firm, sometimes to the chagrin of the United States regulators. The Model 3 is one of 48 cars recently sold in the United States that have won top safety accolade of IIHS. Model 3’s standard front-crash prevention system grabbed a superior grade. It is the 3rd zero emission cars to grab top-pick status this year, after the Hyundai Nexo hydrogen fuel cell SUV and the Audi e-tron electric SUV.
